Data We Collect

We collect the account data you provide at registration – name, contact details and payment identifiers linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. This data is used solely to operate your account, process transactions and meet any legal obligations applicable in India.

Account Security

Account eligibility depends on the laws applicable in your state or territory within India. Where local law permits access to platforms like v90, you may create an account. You are responsible for confirming that your use of the platform is lawful in your location.

All deposits via UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are processed under the payment terms set out in Section 4 of these Terms and Conditions. Deposits are credited to your account wallet once the payment rail confirms the transaction, which typically happens within a short window.

We will notify you of material changes via your registered contact details or a notice in your account dashboard. Continued use of your account after the effective date of any update means you accept the revised terms. You may close your account if you do not accept the changes.

Submit a written dispute via our support email with your account reference and the specific clause you believe was applied incorrectly. We acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within the timeframe stated in the terms.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to legal retention requirements. Submit your request in writing through our Help Centre and we will respond within the period specified in these Terms and Conditions.

If we identify a breach of these terms, we may suspend or close your account depending on the nature of the breach. Any funds held in your wallet at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with the account termination clause in the current terms.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable law, and where access is permitted under local Indian law, those legal frameworks apply. Any legal questions about your rights under these terms should be assessed in the context of the laws applicable in your region.
